Most print jobs ship within 3-5 business days after proof approval. Custom quotes and large projects may take longer — we'll always confirm timelines up front.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, and ZIP files. For best results, provide print-ready PDFs at 300dpi with 3mm bleed.
Do you offer custom sizes or specialty materials?+
Yes. Request a custom quote and describe your project — we'll come back with pricing and a timeline within one business day.
How do proofs work?+
After you place an order and upload artwork, our team prepares a digital proof for your approval. Nothing goes to print until you sign off.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on our Phase 3 roadmap.
